At our West Hendon Nursery, we offer dedicated programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. West Hendon Nursery follow the guidelines set out by the ‘Food Standard Agency’ in Safer Food Better Business. All staff on site have a food and hygiene certificate and all of our meals are prepared fresh on the day with quality ingredients. We are also working towards the Healthy Early Years London Award. All our menus are checked by a nutritionist to ensure we are providing the children at our setting a healthy and balanced diet. We try to introduce children to a variety of food including ones from different cultures.
Samiksha is thorough and attentive in everything she does, bringing professionalism and a caring approach to her work. She has a keen eye for detail and is quick to notice anything that needs attention, always finding thoughtful solutions. Passionate about making Hendon the very best it can be, she works with dedication each day to create an environment where children feel happy, secure, and inspired to learn. Samiksha also values strong relationships with parents, ensuring they feel supported, listened to, and confident in the care their children receive. With her structured management style and daily presence on site, she provides both families and staff with the reassurance that the nursery is being run with consistency, excellence, and genuine care.
Shayma is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. She is highly organised and always busy finding ways to enhance and improve the setting so that it offers the best possible experiences. Being the setting SENCo she supports children with additional needs, she ensures that every child receives the right guidance and opportunities to flourish. Passionate about early years education, she works closely with families to support each child’s unique journey and ensure it is positive and fulfilling.
Winnie brings warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to our Hendon branch. As a qualified Early Years Yoga Instructor, she loves sharing her passion with the children, leading tailored yoga sessions weekly across all age groups to support their wellbeing and development. Based in the baby room, Winnie is thorough and dedicated in her approach, creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every activity is carefully thought out. Her loving nature and commitment shine through in the way she supports both the children, her team and the bond she has with parents.
Lavnish plays an important part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As the administrative assistant, he helps with the day-to-day organisation of the setting and makes sure that systems and processes are in order. If you give us a call, it will often be his friendly voice you hear first, as he is always ready to offer a warm and helpful welcome. His calm and approachable manner makes him a valued support for staff and families.
Sahadete is at the heart of the nursery kitchen, preparing fresh, homemade meals every day. She takes great care to ensure all food is both nutritious and child-friendly, full of flavour and enjoyed by the children. With responsibility for maintaining high standards, she works closely with environmental health and consistently achieves a 5* rating for the nursery. Attentive and professional, she is especially careful when it comes to allergies and dietary needs, making sure every child is well catered for.
Georgina is involved in ensuring all our nurseries operate to the highest standard. Attending weekly branch meetings to oversee progress, support management and make sure everything is running smoothly. She is deeply committed to both child and parent satisfaction, and takes pride in ensuring an environment is created where children can thrive. She strives to ensure every aspect of the nursery reaches its fullest potential. Her goal is to give each child the best possible foundation for future success while maintaining a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for families.
Elena brings both professional expertise and personal insight into the needs of families. She visits our branches weekly to ensure each setting is running to the highest standard and to support staff in delivering excellence. Elena has a particular passion for the quality of activities offered to the children, caring deeply that they go far beyond the ordinary. She encourages experiences that spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and build confidence. Attentive to how each nursery brings these opportunities to life, she reflects on interactions and child engagement. Equally, she values having clear procedures and policies in place for every aspect of nursery life, no matter how small, to provide consistency and excellence across the board.
